In order to receive financial aid, certain conditions as well as necessary documents must be fulfilled by the applicant.

The Department of Rehabilitation issued the decision on 26 November. Following the decision, the government has developed an online web portal, through which close relatives who have died of coronavirus disease (Covid-19) will have to apply online for financial assistance.

Applicant whose bank account number has started with 0 or bank account details Due to technical difficulties, the amount has been returned without any credit. 

The amount will be credited to the bank account of such applicant within next 15 days on the basis of Aadhaar number. Sorry about the inconvenience. 

Important Message to applicant – After scrutiny of the application made by the applicant who will avail the benefits of sum Rs 50000.

The Management Authority has a right to approve the application. Within 30 days from the date of submission of the application, the amount of Rs50,000 sanugrah assistance will be disbursed to the bank account linked to the applicant’s Aadhaar.

The Covid 19 grant amounting to Rs 50,000.00 will be credited to the beneficiary’s bank account.

1 Aadhar card of the Applicant.

2 Aadhar card of deceased person.

3 A Death certificate of the deceased under birth and death registration act 1969.

4 Bank Account Details of of applicant which is linked to Aadhar

5 Copy of the cancelled cheque.

6 Medical certificate for Cause of death.

7 RT-PCR report/ RAT/CT Scan copy 

8 Other medical documents are required when a Medical certificate (cause of death) is not available.

As per the application finally approved by the District Disaster Management Authority, an amount of Rs.50000.00 will be deposited in the bank account attached to the applicant’s Aadhaar.
